Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. Please have your order number or proof of purchase ready.

How to start a return

Email us at tito100192@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm eligibility and send the return address and next steps. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defective, damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you do not pay return shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to post it.

Not eligible for return

Final sale items, gift cards, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the current one and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
